LP/LS Series

Primary (LP) & Secondary (LS) coating series are UV curable acrylates useful for the industrial standard ultrahigh speed fiber drawing process, and which provide high quality performance including low micro-bending attenuation, excellent field performance, and design flexibility. LP-LG primary coating specially formulated for sensor fibers have lower glass transition temperature of -35°C which will allow more stable operations even at low temperature environment.

• Designed for ultra high-speed optical fiber drawing.
• Pass 85°C ? 85% test for 5000 hour and have been used widely in optical fiber industries since 1998.
• Higher refractive index 1.540 is available for ZBLAN and InF3 glass.
• -100°C low Tg primary coating for gyro and sensor fibers.

• Soft primary LP-HT and hard protective secondary LS-HT coatings for sensors, military, space, high temperature & high power.
• LP-HT & LS-HT series have no color change nor optical transmittance change after 100 hours 200°C exposure.
• Formulated with inorganic acrylate backbone that withstands continuous high temperature operation over 200?C.
